Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Branch Supervisor (Ontario) will aid in the execution of strategies, goals, and tactics.

Responsibilities/Leadership:
Motivate and develop an Ontario team to achieve and surpass branch objectives
Act as a leader in his/her region for branch initiatives;
Coach and mentor reports to drive greater internal employee growth (Catalytic Coaching)
Demonstrate effective communication with all personnel, suppliers, customers and staff.
Build & support engagement for corporate & branch initiatives and objectives within and between branches and demonstrate company values and commitment to Vision & Mission.
Customer Sales & Service:
· Perform all sales activities - Intake for quotations, sales orders, and customer requests.
· Determine product availability and coordinate with manufacturing / purchasing to confirm shipping dates to customers;
· Maintain records of quotations and complete follow-ups in a timely manner to maximize sales;
· Provide technical knowledge, support and recommendations to customers;
· Provide exceptional service to customers when responding to their requests for returns, order tracking and other concerns;
·Identify and qualify new business opportunities for Business Development and Account Management personnel;
· Conduct effective sales campaigns with customers to generate new business opportunities & sales;
· Ensure all interactions with customers are accurately recorded within the CRM System.
Branch Supervision
· Ensure that all operating activities focus on providing value to the customer
· Manage and review activity reports and KPI's (measurables) to determine performance and manage outcomes.
· Ensure compliance with provincial and company regulations and policies.
· Provide leadership, direction and remain accountable for development, maintenance and ongoing refinement of personally owned OMS processes;
· Work to optimize processes and a play a key role in the implementation of continual improvements, corrective actions and preventive actions within the Ontario Branch;
· Ensure sales processes and standards are fully integrated and utilized amongst the sales team;
· Provide training and technical leadership
· Understand and comply with the safety program and help promote a safe work environment.
· Displays a high level of technical and operational knowledge about our products and services.
· Developed leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Education;
· College/University education is preferred.
· Solid experience in sales.
· Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Previous experience in target markets and product lines, along with industry contacts an asset.
· Previous experience in a professional sales system such as OMS, Sandler, SugarCRM an asset.
· Supervisory experience is an asset.
Salary – Commensurate with experience.
